Introducing Redac

An AI that fills out your job applications — and never sees your personal data.

Applying for jobs means typing the same information into the same forms, dozens of times a week. AI tools promise to do it for you — if you hand them your name, email, phone number, address, and work history first.

Redac does it differently. It's a desktop app whose agent fills Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and other application forms for you. Before anything reaches the AI model, Redac swaps your personal details for placeholder tokens. The model plans the form fill using tokens like <PII_NAME_FIRST_1>; your real details are restored locally, on your machine, only when the form is actually filled.

The model never sees your personal data. That's not a policy promise — it's the architecture.

Redac is available today, free to try. This blog will cover practical job-hunt tactics and what actually happens to your data when you use AI to apply for jobs.
